To make the most of your time with us, we ask that all guests arrive with their hair fully detangled. Arriving unprepared may result in additional time and fees that cut into your service.

To ensure the best experience for all of our guests, we ask that cancellations be made more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. The following fees apply:
Cancellations within 48 hours: 30% of the scheduled service
Same-day cancellations & no-shows: 50% of the scheduled service
